We, at iTransling for Professional Translation, understand that we deal with sensitive information. Our clients entrust us with their private business. We appreciate and respect their trust. To ensure that your documents are strictly kept confidential, we are willing to sign any NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement). We also ensure that our translators and employees will keep your documents confidential.

Personal Information
We, at iTransling for Professional Translation, need your personal information for the purpose of preparing invoices and quotations. Therefore, we ensure that your shared personal information will be used only for the intended purposes including:

– Discussing the projects to be translated;
– Sharing your project with translators and proofreaders

The personal information shared by the clients is as follows:

– Full name of a client, email, mobile number, or any other contact numbers;
– Company name; and
– Documents to be translated from the source language into target language

Important Note

iTransling keeps a copy of the source documents and their translation on our database. However, we will notify you before storing such files. We represent that we will immediately erase and destruct your files upon your request.

Refund Policy

• Any client has the right to cancel the translation project provided that we shall be notified of the cancellation before proceeding with the translation. Accordingly, the fees will be refunded in full.
• If a project is cancelled after being assigned to any translator, a client shall pay for the completed translation. We will refund the remaining part of the fees
